Only two of the eighteen boys who began as first-year students at the mysterious Brig-Wallis Preparatory School for Boys have opted for a fourth year, the rest are out in the real world, trying to figure out how to apply their unusual skills and talents. Meanwhile, climate change is forcing mankind to adapt to never-before experienced situations. Peter and Nathan are finding it difficult to stay focused on their fourth year projects in light of the suffering they see in the world. They want to do something, they just don't know what. Yet.
