The Split Chandler Ogle

The only thing stranger than the events of Burlington Fischer's journey, is the way it's presented. Written at some unknown point in the future, his first person account of the strange world he's forced to live in, seems to be appearing in only a few pages at a time. Though one of the people collecting these pages, a man by the name of Arthur Fila, reveals himself through his own personal notes, the other two parties remain a mystery. An even bigger mystery is, just who bundled these pages together in the first place? Is it a person from a time far past our own, who has managed to collect them, or is it someone who lives outside of our universe entirely? Theories abound, but none can be confirmed until we can find all of the pieces to this time-defying puzzle.
