Has a serial killer arrived in the developing coastal city of Leon? His, her, or their signature of targeting children and employing a luxurious brand of chocolate in the crimes alerts the FBI who are in the fourth year of an investigation. New recruits to Leon's Police Depart Homicide Squad are assigned to the FBI as local gophers, but can Jamie and Miranda unravel these seasonal murders? The Feds have their suspicions, but no evidence to link Leon's Ace of Detectives to the crimes. The killer, or killers, methods start to change and the Feds feel they are being mocked. Frustration mounts between the FBI and Leon PD as they both feel that Leon is the final setting for these gruesome killings.
