The Occidental Quarterly provides scholarly articles on Western history and culture. Articles are written from a variety of perspectives, including intellectual history, evolutionary biology, behavior genetics, and ethnic studies. The Summer, 2017 issue (Vol. 17, no. 2) contains 120 pages of content, beginning with an article by Clare Ellis on the history of immigration policy in the EU ("Demographic Engineering: Creating the Conditions for Civil War and Genocide in Europe").

Other featured articles are by Prof. Andrew Fraser on liberal Christianity in Australia; Guillaume Durocher on the wisdom of the ancient Greeks regarding ethnostates, eugenics, and human inequality; Prof. Marcus Alethia on Jewish attitudes toward immigration; Ph. D candidate James Wald on Alexander Dugin and Carl Schmitt; and Thomas Jones on ethnic relations in multicultural Ukraine from the sixteenth to the nineteenth century.

There are also three reviews: Prof. and Editor Kevin MacDonald reviews Prof. Gary Forsythe's A Critical History of Early Rome: From Prehistory to the First Punic War; Nelson Rosit reviews A. Teacher's What It Is Like to Teach in Failing Schools: A Memoir, an Inquiry, and a Critique; and William Sun reviews Dumitru Bacu's The Anti-Humans: Student Re-education in Romanian Prisons.
