Author Frank Borelli - an Army veteran and retired police officer with over 25 years of experience in designing and delivering adult education, a father and grandfather and author of twelve other books (including another self-help book and one parenting guide) - calls on the experiences of his own life and those of his friends/family to offer guidance in either finding a positive perception OR simply managing a negative one.
