Sam MacDermot is the lead homicide detective in the Brooklyn PD, and works hard to keep the street clean of killers. One morning, she's called into the office to take on a case that has the entire department in chaos. Six women dead, all of them connected to Sam in an unusual manner. Taking on the case, she quickly locks onto a suspect and is determined to uncover the truth hidden in his past.
