"My Last Letter to You" is a collection of poems that takes you to various battle grounds where soldiers write their last letters to their wives, girlfriends, and family members to confess their love and final thoughts before their deaths or while recovering at a hospital after sustaining major injuries during combat. In this book, I use a mixture of fiction and personal stories to bring different characters alive to a wide audience. The pictures I paint within this book are based on love, passion, heartbreak, war, poverty, suicide, sacrifice, country, and honor.
