Bullying is observed in all species unfortunately, many humans have perfected it as an art form ending in addiction.
Bullies come in all sizes and all ages. We find them in preschool as well as elementary, and high school. College is no exception nor is the work place.
I dedicate this book to anyone who has ever been labeled a "Bully."
Yes, you read this correctly. Bullies are people too. They are natural leaders in need of structure, direction, and a healthy dose of self-confidence. It is statistically proven that bullying can become addictive itself, and often leads to drug and alcohol addiction.
My intent is to prevent this type of aggressive intimidation as well as
transform those who have been labeled a "Bully." There is hope.
