Prevenient Grace is a trail of stories that recount, from childhood to present day, how God sought my attention time and again through what I call "spiritual breadcrumbs," signs of love and care. I always believed there was a God, but I was unaware of just what that meant. From the ignorance of youth to the family prohibitions against knowing God, I resisted becoming one of "those people," the annoying self-righteous who tout "God's will" at every opportunity. It is my hope that these stories will bring the reader along my trail of faith: from believing in a God to embracing His wholeness and presence in me.
