The conquest of Earth has been thwarted and there is a galactic sigh of relief. Chardon takes his rightful place as leader of New Lassa while Halfar returns to Azrom to assess the political damage. A new conflict arises as the reptilian race of planet Razzna comes to collect on a broken deal made long ago by Chardon's deceased mate, Sestis. Meanwhile Modas is brewing a rebellion based on his own selfish agenda.
