Is there a spiritual reality? If so, are natural means capable of fully apprehending and navigating the spiritual? Do human beings have a spiritual capacity or dimension? If so, is there a corresponding intelligence? There being a spiritual intelligence, how is it acquired and/or developed? What problem or problems is spiritual intelligence capable of identifying and solving? Is there a recognizable profile associated with the spiritually intelligent? Is there any correlation between spirituality and morality? In investigating the issues, the author takes an interdisciplinary approach. Insights from disciplines such as neuroscience, medical science, natural science, social science, psychiatry, psychology and theology are considered.
