Having abandoned their birth-planet, Earth, to find a new, more welcoming home, Al and his crew have only discovered disappointment and a whole new round of rejection. Abandoning their ancestral home, they seek out others like them, and a world which will not only accept them, but will offer them a home nowhere else will.

However, running from a world at war has problems all its own, with both allies and enemies hunting them down. They're forced to search for other reject, outcasts and refugees, seeking a new world to support them all.
