When the Cramer family and their fellow members of an amateur archaeology group embarked on a holiday to Desert Canyon Country, they never expected the life-changing challenge of being presumed lost and dead; vanished from the earth during a catastrophic earthquake. Now, they live their lives undetected, buried in a place they have named 'Claustrotopia', constantly trying to return their lives to some sort of normality and find their way back home.
