Authentic Faith explores the idea of faith as a spiritual necessity and deep experience originating from God, the one supreme being- and as opposed to the conceptualisation of it being a force for mere religious identity or divisive denominationalism or sectarianism, but one which more centrally focuses on God as revealed in Christ, and whose mission is to engage and transform the lives of those who trust Him to do so. The author believes God is not an author of confusion, and do not intend to engender conflicting perspectives of Himself, that it is therefore for each generation to endeavour to bear responsibility to grow not only in their quest for God, but knowledge of Him. It's a bold work meant to open up not so much our understanding of God, but what God says of Himself.
