THE FACTS

A young paralegal is raped and murdered after a law firm party. Legal rising star Jeremy Winters is in police custody after being found nearby in a state of undress with scratch marks on his body, his trousers unzipped, and with women's underwear in his pocket. He claims alcohol-induced amnesia, but after struggling through police interrogation, the evidence mounts against him.
