ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Justin is a solicitor and mediator accredited by the Academy of Experts who founded Human Law in 2002. The firm covers increasingly a wide spectrum of elderly client issues including Wills and Probate, negotiation and claiming nursing care fees. Justin has also worked for Which? Legal advising its members on elderly client issues and is an associate member of STEP.
