On a winter's day a gypsy passing through the village recognises Feb. Her horse doesn't. That's not surprising, Feb's no idea who she was once meant to be.
Steven helps her. Because she's a girl. And a scientist. It'll be a cinch, there'll be a locket involved. His mother's so wrong, there's nothing sinister about Feb, it can't end in disaster.
