Well here we are off again! Nettie wore him down and down until he decided it would be easier to go than to resist. He said it would not take long, but his itinerary says otherwise.



It has been lovely seeing you again, going over all the things we did with Mr Jones and John Christian in our lovely wood. It is hard to remember any other life.



I ran out of fuel before I got to your house and you found me and gave me some coal to get my fire started. Remember me to John Christian, please. He seems so grown up nowadays.



Well, I will write to you a journal every day.
