Our cities are, to a large extent, the visible testimony of the creative talent of Italians. They guard and show each sense and charm of their own. A huge wealth of history and urban heritage of thousands of cities and villages. Of the cities administered by the approximately eight thousand municipalities of the country, this study proposes thirty-one. They are cities whose reading is as a whole proposed with two hundred and eighty architectural bodies drawn in china in large-format papers, able to witness, at least in part, the values of the becoming of Italian history.
