We sincerely preach the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, to all that will listen, hoping they will experience the salvation that we enjoy. We convince them to "accept Jesus", and then assist them in "calling upon the name of the Lord" through prayer. We counsel them to be sure they really, really mean it, and yet, something is just not working. Most still don't seem to get it. They do not become new creatures with new desires to serve God or even to obey him as God. Instead they continue to live much the same as the lost- blind and in the dark.
