As HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) and HSS (High Sensation Seeker), I increasingly feel the effects of the therapy. I always feel freer in actions and thoughts. Feeling and intuition play a greater role. I no longer automatically let myself be dominated by the mind. There are thoughts and ideas that I had not noticed before. Because I become more aware of imposed beliefs and all kinds of unwritten rules of behavior, I can deal with them more easily. Expressing myself as I want, gives me a great sense of freedom. I no longer have to take everything and everyone into account. How others think about me, does not bother me anymore. Because of the inner feeling of freedom, I will be more open to what I want to do myself. As HSS, I will want to try more to experience, in a conscious way. It is more interesting for me to experience for myself, what comes to my mind. Thinking and doing, are two different things. Spontaneity and nonsense can in practice, apparently, have positive effects in an unexpected way. On myself.
