A British architect becomes obsessed with the construction of a unique theme park; unlike anything ever tried before. The technical and financial problems are immense and his perseverance is challenged to the limit. His efforts to get the project started are going nowhere until he meets a woman who recognises it's potential and rekindles his determination to see it through to the end. Together they gather around them a team of like minded people intent upon raising the necessary millions and overcoming all the practical and social challenges blocking their way to success. Along the way they are drawn ever closer together with several other love interests developing amongst the main protagonists.
