Many hundreds of years in our future and the Earth just couldn't support us any longer. Caught somewhat ill prepared we built ships and sent them off in every direction that a possibly habitable world could be. Ahead of the ships supply and robot ships were sent to try and validate or prepare the worlds for their new inhabitants. This book follows the story of one ship The Hope and one young man Jonathan as he ends up going on an adventure that he really only ever dreamed of having in the movies and books that he read on board the ship.
