Pacific City is the last bastion of capitalism and freedom left in the world, but that doesn't mean it's heaven. Ridley will have to navigate the slums, corporations, and sun-washed streets of the city-state to find a missing woman with a mysterious benefactor and even more mysterious kidnappers.
