Fourteen-year-old Philippa-Louise lives in Chelsea with her mother, father, brother Gregory (who is very immature) and her dog Henry (who is a pug). Her family is very rich indeed and Philippa-Louise always wears pearls and diamonds - she is never seen without them. She has the best clothes; the best TV's and the best Christmas and birthday presents. She only ever expects the best, and that's exactly what she gets, but sometimes she feels as though her mother and father love her brother more than they love her.
