I am a Realtor working with Buyers, Sellers and Investors in the commercial and residential markets. I also personally own residential and commercial investment properties. I have been involved in various parts of the Real Estate industry for about 12 years. As a young adult I took classes and became a Certified Home Inspector. I then started my own Home Inspection company. After that I got my Real Estate license and began investing in rental properties and Fix and Flips. It wasn't long after that I began working with buyers and sellers in my area. I am now a full time Realtor in Ohio. I began working with experienced real estate investors on the purchase and sales side. I then started working with people that were interested in becoming real estate investors. I now help educate and train new and potential investors. I love everything about real estate... looking at houses, working with and helping people achieve their dreams or goals, marketing and even remodeling. I could talk about real estate all day so for these reasons I decided to write this book. I hope that I will be able to help many people reach their goal of being a Successful Real Estate Investor.
