This book will guide you through a writing journey of exploring the social, emotional, and spiritual sources of the pain you may experience in your womb space and/or the constriction you feel around your creative center and soul purpose. The writing prompts and sample writings from other Bio-Mystical Womb journalers will encourage you to rewrite your story towards greater womb wellness and creative freedom. This journal is designed with people of all gengers in mind. We were all conceived, gestated, and birthed from a womb, and have potent life blueprints from those experiences that can be explored and revised to the benefit of all. This journal is based on the premise that our womb space, the energetic space just below the navel and back towards the spine, regardless of whether or not we have a physical uterus, is the central source of our creative life force energy. As we revisit any source experiences of suppression of these energies we may have had, we can nurture our liberation and full blossoming through rewriting supporting energies into our storyline. Through this process, we can take tangible steps towards greater vitality and creative freedom.
