Sammy lives in the 21st century. She is deemed crazy, possibly schizophrenic, and is locked away in a mental institution. She is kinder than her gun-toting twin, but she is also responsible for three dead bodies. She is considered a threat to society and herself.



The truth is both Sammy and Sara are killers, and both are also immortal.
