Sometimes, in the light of day they walk amongst us as humans, parents, and friends. We do not know when they will attack, when their hand will reach out from the shadows to pull us in, to rub against us, to fondle are private parts, but it will happen. At least it does to that little child who thought she was safe in her father's affection. That is what my father did to my sister and me.
