This book also focuses on sharing, friendship, gratitude, teamwork, and how to overcome obstacles.

I realize that most children do not like vegetables, so I wrote this book to help change their famous saying, "this is gross and yucky," into "this is yummy in my tummy."

By the end of this book, I hope that even the pickiest veggie eater will want to help make and eat the delicious recipes at the end of this book.
