Jen Fiore was the woman everyone looked to for a good laugh, a smile, or to lend a hand. On the outside, she was funny, charming, and the life of the party!




But on the inside, she was broken.




She hid the feelings that plagued her-and despite all the love and friendship, despite all the abundance and outward happiness-Jen was miserable.




No one knew that she suffered in immense pain, both physical and emotional, for decades.




From a near-death experience with a motor vehicle to enduring a never-ending cycle of stomach and health issues to a heartbreaking and life-threatening tubular pregnancy to surgery after surgery, feeling not worthy of the life she was given, and even questioning if her family would be better off without her, she felt as if she had somehow "fallen from grace."




How could she ever escape a body so broken? Where could she find the strength to rise above the pain? Living felt so hard.




Jen knew something had to change in order to survive, so she embarked on a decade-long journey to be freed of the depression she felt and the pain that plagued her.
