It's 1992 and the grunge sound of the Seattle music scene is taking the nation by storm. Shell, lead singer of the band Toxic Siren, is recovering from a traumatic accident. She's struggling with high school, a broken family, and complicated relationships. As the band rises to fame on the East Coast with their unique grunge-metal sound, she begins to receive troubling photographs and a classmate is injured in a suspicious car accident. Shell struggles with loss and a stalker while she tries to figure out who caused her classmate's accident.
