An anthology of stories written by African American women: Our life events have brought us to our current state of being and will heavily influence our futures. Our perspective of the world around us has been shaped by our experiences. Perhaps if we share the events in our life stories with our great-great-great grandchildren, it will allow them to know us just a little better. Maybe they will be guided by what we have written. Perhaps an event in our lives will let them know that we understand their condition, situation, or struggles.
