Being chased by more enemies than ever before Katie finds refuge in a peculiar village in the Olympus Mountains. The people who live there can teach Katie everything she needs to learn to bring down her enemies but she will have to win them over first.

Ignoring Theron's rule to stay off Crete, Miguel arrives hoping to find Katie and other survivors of the attack. Finding no trace of Katie, he is determined to find and nurse the survivors back to health. There are bigger problems brewing on the island than injured vampires though, Miguel and the survivors will have to stop a hostel take over if they are to keep Crete safe.
