When a drone attack on an overhead power line next to Dulles Airport takes down a datacenter, it appears to be the work of a disgruntled ex-employee. But an investigation quickly reveals a far more sinister threat: a plot to disable the national power grid for an extended period of time, thereby crippling America and unleashing unthinkable hardship on the nation. A lone-wolf hacker is on the run, armed with a laptop computer and propelled by a massive chip on his shoulder. The only person determined to stop him is an ex-Secret Service agent with a few axes of her own to grind. She doesn't know how long a countdown she faces...only that the clock is ticking.
