Are you a true Christian? Every Christian should read this book to "examine yourselves whether you are of the faith...." Many think they are a Christian but don't live the life of a true Christian, being deceived: "For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light." 2 Cor 11:13,14 This book is intended to shed light on Biblical truths that have been distorted throughout the generations since our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was persecuted, died on the cross, was buried and resurrected from the grave. If you are not a true Christian, your spiritual death may be one of eternal consequence in hell. Even hell is denied by modern day preachers. It is often taught, "God is always good; His wrath has been distinguished on the cross--you are under the new and better covenant!" When we are face-to-face with the God of the Bible at the day of judgment, you will probably argue something like, "I didn't know better, Lord! I trusted my pastor to teach me the truth. He said you wouldn't do this to us, to me. He said you were a loving God and how could a loving God send anybody into a place of torment in fire and brimstone...." Sorry, excuses will not work. It is your responsibility to "seek Him first and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you." Matt 6:33 Compare what you are doing and how you are living to what the Holy Scriptures command. This is not works-replacement theology, but the true Word of God. As you read this book, hopefully you will understand things much differently, but most importantly, I encourage you to seek the truth for yourself; it is your responsibility without excuse. Challenge what I have written, seeking the truth, for the "truth will set you free." Jn 8:32 Amen.
