A secret WW II treaty between the Soviet Union and the United States is suddenly discovered in the hands of the Russian Mafia. The Presidential Agents are assigned to recover the document and keep its embarrassing terms from being made Public. Traveling to the outer fringes of Siberia, the Agents discover more than they bargained for while looking for the document. They stumble into a Valley of Geysers, lost to man and forgotten to time. Agents from both countries try to best each other in recovering the document which is accompanied by riches of another kind. Bo and Drew meet and are challenged by members of the old KGB. But the biggest surprise is the appearance of nuclear technicians from another aspiring power who want to destroy the United States. Challenged beyond anything they have met in the past, the Agents struggle to win out in the end.
