There is a buzz of excitement this year on Creepy Hill. The Bigglebrooms are holding their first Halloween party and cannot wait to bring out their ghosts, Manny and Toppy from under the sink. Mrs Bigglebroom brought them from the ghost fair in the January sales and cannot wait to show them off. But in the early hours, the ghosts are stolen. And now it's down to Hicky Picky, their local policeman, to rescue them in time before they are sold on to Dodgy Dave who will ship them off to America!!
