After completing what they thought was their successful targeting of terrorist Absimil Halane in northern Somalia, CIA operative Ed "Pickles" Picatelli moves to his new mission in Europe, and Helen "Hot Rod" Young is awaiting her next assignment. Unbeknownst to the two covert operators, Halane had used deception to misdirect the drone strike intended for him. With no DNA markers in their possession, the CIA believes Halane is dead, but he is alive and well in southern Somalia.
