The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) / Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs provide grant funding to help companies commercialize transformative technologies. This book provides a straightforward, user-friendly approach to preparing a Phase II application for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) SBIR/STTR programs.
