"Welcome to the World ONI!" is filled with life lessons and positive affirmations that any child can hold on to as they grow Parents can personalize the book by adding details about their little one's arrival inside. Each page is illustrated with black, white and red high contrast images to stimulate your baby's development. High contrast images for babies consist of geometric patterns and shapes in black, white and sometimes splashes of red. Studies have found that infants can only see in black and white for the first few months and around 4 months they begin to see the color red and the rest of the spectrum develops until a little over 12 months. By the time a child is 24 months they can clearly recognize shapes and colors. High contrast images have been proven to improve focus, vision and brain development in babies from birth up to 24 months.
