The saga continues as Harper loses her facial appearance when toxic chemicals were thrown on her face during her last attempt to escape from Crowder. She was able to hide her identity in a hospital for several months until she was approached by a plastic surgeon who was determined to save her. The surgeon, who was the only one who knew her real identity convinced her to become his patient as he takes her into his care. Months later and after several intense surgeries, she is transformed into a Crowder doppelganger and assumes her identity. She inaugurates a murderous rampage in the city, using her newfound identity, convincing the authorities that Crowder is the executioner. Julian Crowder is now faced with the dilemma of proving her innocence and must race with time to stop Harper before she goes down for all the heinous crimes. Can she finally stop Harper and prove her innocence, or will she finally fall into the clutches of Harper's vengeance?
