Although the Very Veggie Vampire family had been dreading the start of World War Four for weeks, the Clock of Doom's chime still came as a shock. After run-ins with armies on both sides of the war convinced them that everything wasn't what it seemed, will the family beat the clock and survive the danger it warns about? This spooky adventure was conceived, written and illustrated by a team of kids ranging from a soon-to-be second grader to a group of recent third graders, all with a little guidance from children's author, J Monkeys
