The creation of the Earth was beautiful. The new world was vast and majestic. However, this came at a price. A terrible evil was discovered by the creators, the Lords and Ladies. They stowed and locked it away deep into the center of the Earth. To ensure the security of the fiery prison, the creators divided the key into seven pieces and scattered it across the new planet. Various guardians of different characteristics and strengths were built to protect these pieces in hopes they would never be united, and were expected to do so until the end of eternity. A strong and fearless Xanthippe struggled to earn her place in this dystopian society, where hierachy and blind faith form the foundation. Her life is dedicated to protecting her Estate and ensuring the safety of her clan. Now, forewarned of the Dark Lord's increasing traction, she must not only do everything in her power to continue to protect her clan from a tragic fate, but decide where her loyalties lie as tensions arise between the two she loves the most.
