All Missy wanted to do was to get a chance to spend more time with her husband, Buddy. Buddy was an avid fisherman, and Missy was tired of being a "fishing widow" on the weekends. So, she decides to join him on his next fishing excursion. Sure, she doesn't know how to bait a hook, cast a line, or drive a boat; she doesn't have any fishing gear, doesn't like being in natural bodies of water & she just got a fresh manicure, but what could go wrong? They're just fish, after all. Tell that to hoards of fisherman descending on Top of the Lodge, including top fishing champion Lonnie Spoon, and his female counterpart, ultra-glam fisherwoman Savannah Barton, the self-proclaimed "Bass Barbie." It's a proverbial Game of Hooks as each competitor vies for the biggest fish, the biggest boat, and the biggest paycheck.
