The KGB Playbook for Turning Russians Worldwide into Agents is a KGB manual that was classified secret by the Soviet Union and was only recently published in magazines in the west.
This is the Russian language version. If there is enough interest, we will translate into English.
Here is a sample of what this book is all about:
"At a time when 12 million émigré Russians live outside the territory of the Soviet Motherland, the vast majority of them live in countries of the capitalist sphere: in the USA (up to 3 million), Canada (over 18 thousand), with the rest living around the world in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, France, England, Germany. In the countries of the Middle and Middle East, there are more and they often play a critical part in the economic welfare and the political life of their countries of residence (Lebanon, Syria).
A major component of these compatriots is made up of the result of the so-called economic emigration. At the top are the tribesmen who have enjoyed for a long time the territorial treasury of the capitalist state (Argentina, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, etc.). This group, firmly assimilated with the population in the capitalist states, with rare exceptions, enjoy local citizenship. A representative number of the second and third generation of these economic émigrés in many cases have forgotten customs, language and character of their ancestors, become completely naturalized and have lost touch with their fathers.
Economic emigration is most common with those having neutral positions, not in the sense of education, but in the form of the activities of "political" organizations. It is enough to make one vomit. There is the co-breeding of people, along with the cultural relations where they live and work. The information about the number of compatriots residing abroad are contradictory, since many representatives of the third world countries are émigrés, and also traitors."
