And As This Nation of The United States of America Is Grateful To The Valiant And Heroic Sacrifice In Service Of Each Of America's Fine Vietnam Veterans who served valiantly and proudly in defense of this countries commitment to South Vietnam. And For Their Collective Suffering And Endurance Of The War, and of The War's Aftermath in Psychiatric Devastation and To Its Death Toll in great numbers, and To All The War's Dead, (of The 53,000 who died in The War outright, and of The 68,000 who died at the hands of psychiatric in The War's aftermath, who were administered the "Suicide Inducing Drugs" such as Thorazine, by The Veteran's Administration Hospitals and by The State Psychiatric Facilities to what these Vietnam Veterans were confined for their roles in combat, ) "Who Did Not Die In Vain!" and as we testify to each of their behalves now, and To Each And All Of Those Wounded And Maimed, Mentally, Emotionally, Psychologically, And Otherwise Physically, by The WAR! And Its Aftermath! To Whom That This Nation Owes Its Profoundest Indebtedness IN Spiritual Gratitude TO. Who were embedded as covert agents by government directive in the crisis of the drug war, and the racial/ethnic wars ongoing, involved with street surveillance, and with special intelligence gathering, and with the education of the public as to the grave hazards in effects of the drugs and deadly chemicals which were being perpetrated upon them and prevailing in use as premeditated war weapons at the time, and concerning their surreptitious and hostile attack in use as mental, psychological, and physically maiming weapons that this Nation was naively suffering to of the dangers, and victims in mass hysteria. That these Veterans were in the work of intervention about in self-organized units across the country, coordinated as a Militia in the direct defense of The United States, and as who involved themselves in groups across America directly with our Regular Military Forces, coordinated with Central Command Headquarters and with their respective and local Nation Guard Armories, and with American Veterans Organizations with local Veterans of every War Era, in directed field service connected with local, state, and with The DEA, and FBE Federal Law Enforcement Agencies and involved with The Nation's State, Local, and Federal Governments in the covert operations combating to The War On Heroin and Other Dangerous Drugs, and concerned to the surveillance and covert military intervention to the several large and hostile militant warfaring drug mafia factions which were then prevailing and freewheeling here, having to do, and besides of the drug element themselves who were waging war against The American Population for the motive of making the use of drugs legal, the included the hippy draft war/drug war rebellion, that was allied to and involved with the drug related co-conspiracies of several ethnic and racial ideology fronts vying to claim the ascendancy of rule, and with the drug related feminist and homosexual-lesbian conspiracy wars who were "outing" their foes in opposition by the means of drug-chemical warfare, and with the immoral pornography wars of the same venue, who were using their perverse reasoning in excusing their illegal involvement to the drug trafficking and their continuing use of drugs, to wage war of The American People, that were raging regime by regime across America in Range War Fashion summing to the whole of The Nation Politically. And with their inverse criminal arrangement of majority rule political involvement preventing, as blocking, the means to direct authorized intervention against these factions, during and in the aftermath of The Vietnam War, that The Vietnam Veterans were summoned, "make your own way," fashion to undercover work by the responsible and legitimate Government Leaders at the time to intervene to.
