I take this opportunity to share "New Beginnings," giving some examples as to why people so eagerly embrace change. The whys should not be your main focus, because it keeps you in a negative realm. Instead focus on the how and envision the worthiness of the change. This book will have you reminiscing about the new beginnings you had in your life. It may even give you inspiration to one in the near future. However, or whenever, be encouraged and be forthright in your decision. You will feel rejuvenated as you approach each day pressing on for the better life, for the life you deserve. In body, mind and spirit a new beginning will awaken all and I anticipated this in the writing of this book.
