During a sweltering tropical heatwave, 1989, Miami was beset by the bloody cocaine war on its streets, perpetuated by the brutal Jamaican "Shower Posse," combating the equally callous & deadly "Cuban Cartel" of Little Havana. FBI agent Kenneth "KC" Carter is dispatched down to south Florida in order to bring the two violent drug gangs to justice. He goes deep undercover as a faux narcotics dealer and soon discovers that his primary target to infiltrate the Shower Posse is an irresistibly seductive Jada Porter, lovely daughter of the gang's heartless hitman Rufus "Black Death" Porter. Jada turns out to be a sexually insatiable Caribbean siren, whose alluring beauty, dangerous curves & red hot libido, duly enslaves the young agent with wanton desire, which threatens to eclipse KC's top secret assignment and sending him spiraling down a dark, perilous rabbit's hole.
