Care
Anton Philip Noel
The foster care system in New York City is experienced by more children than public record shows. In 1997, Raheem, André, Marcus, and Malcolm Houston were four young Black men, adopted and raised by a single woman in Queens, NY. They share the accounts of their lives as they juggle high school, the grimey 90s, the dark and painful memories from their individual pasts, experiences in foster care, and becoming a family.
